Biomedical Research Laboratories will accept return by the original purchaser of any opened product (first order only) sold by our company that is postmarked for return to our company within 90 days of the original purchase.*

Your request for cancellation, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately during business hours. However, you will be responsible for any charges, billing or shipments that have already been processed, shipped to you or that have already been delivered to you at the time of your cancellation. If you are trying to cancel outside of the customer care hours of operation 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST or on weekends or holidays you may submit a request of cancellation by email to

All cancellation requests, whether by phone or email, will receive an RMA number and an email stating your subscription has been canceled. It is suggested to keep this number for your records. Any future discrepancies resulting from not having a RMA number will be resolved at the discretion of the company.

Upon receipt of the product and verification of your purchase, BRL will process your refund your original purchase price less the shipping by the same method you used for your original payment (credit card, check, etc) within 1-2 weeks.
